Make-Up Policy
What is your make-up policy?
Sometimes, life keeps you from the court. Don’t sweat it. If you choose to skip a class—for any reason other than KGS’s responsibility or weather cancellation—we offer one make up class per semester. In order to redeem your make-up class you must fill out the make-up form below.
Without a completed make-up form, you will not be able to receive your make-up for the session.
The make-up must be redeemed within the current session, up until the second to last week of classes — subject to availability.
If you need to reschedule a make-up, please let us know 24 hours in advance. We’re sorry, but we can not offer refunds for any make-ups not cancelled with 24 hours notice.
Our Summer Make Up Policy: We understand that Summer means vacation time for many families, so we guarantee each student two make-ups. These must be completed before the last two weeks of the session.
